CEO and Founder of Seloart, Selorm Betepe, provided employees of his company with a fully furnished 30-bed hostel with free electricity.

In addition to electricity, the residence, which has not yet been commissioned, has a free water supply for the facility’s field workers and factory workers.

According to the Ghanaian business owner, the project is part of an effort to reduce transport costs for workers.

Moreover, it will save them all the stress as some team members commute nearly four to five hours to work daily, and this was affecting productivity, he said.

Betepe revealed that they are finishing the building ahead of commissioning at the end of this month.
