Ezidiukwu Chinemerem Prosper, an undergraduate student at Imo State University, has announced the launch of his second off-campus mini store.

The student entrepreneur celebrated the feat on Facebook, saying he intended to integrate data and point-of-sale businesses there to increase productivity.

The youngster hinted at opening more outlets as he said the new mini-store was not the last but just a start.

He happily revealed that he has already made new customers at his second mini-store.

Prosper’s message reads as follows:

“I launched my second mini-market yesterday in a university hostel.

“This is not the final look but a start. I intend to integrate my data business and also a point of sale to increase productivity.

“I’ve already started getting new clients here – it doesn’t feel new to me. I’m so happy.”

On how he combined it with academic work, the young man admitted to having YEN.com.gh that it was difficult at first, but he understood over time.

He relished the massive support and patronage of students in the hostel and around him.

“Starting up was tough as I had to mix it up with school and I was lagging behind in the business (my priority is my education) but over time I started making money additional thanks to my other businesses such as the sale of data, TV Cable Subscription, Block of electricity etc…
